Update Notes Version 2.3.0

In this update, I've improved the following pie menus:

• Pie menu items on the mailbox
• University pie menu items on computer
• Order pie menu items on computer
• Pie menu items on sim (interactions on self)
• Pie menu items on sim (cheat and debug interactions)
• Some pie menu items in the Friendly category on sim
• New Give Gift category on Sim

I've also now started re-categorizing the friendly social interactions between Sims. Here are the first results. Work in this direction continues, but it takes me a lot of time, because I have to manually look up the names of interactions in the code, and they don't always have the same names as their labels.
