Democracy! Hahaha choose the next tv show you'd like for me to watch. All of these are highly anticipated so may the best one win.

Throwin this out there: at some point I'd love to see The Leftovers on a poll. It doesn't get the love and attention it deserves, but it's one of the greatest shows I've seen.

Eligh Te

The sopranos and the wire, the two undisputed goats of television

Kelvin

I’d recommend Andor aside from these but otherwise The Wire

Kana Kawase

You’ll be blown away by either The Sopranos or The Wire. They’re both top-shelf television. I voted for the Sopranos because it pretty much paved the way for all these other shows. It’s kind of foundational in that regard.

Mak G

The sopranos is good but dated. The way the wire is shot, it’s timeless imo. Almost like a doc.

Socket Meyer

Still eagerly checking in for when you start Curb. I know you said it’s coming… … and I’m very excited for it 😁

meow nyan

Hoping for VEEP one day

Emil Aderskog

I am very happy The Wire is winning atm, crossing my fingers that it will keep. Simply put, my favorite series of all time.

Brittyn Lindsey

One more vote for The Sopranos, although I wish Twin Peaks was an option!

Dor

The Wire all day.

Inappropriate Affect

The real reason is that so few reactors do “the wire” and it seems something you’d get a lot out of. Storytelling wise… I’d be keen to view your interpretation.

kbobravo

Dang, no Twin Peaks... The other day, you replied to someone saying it would be on here. oh well..

William Lyle

The voting is about where I would rate them TBH

Riddim

The Wire has so much going for it, it is wise, dramatic yet funny, with different perspectives and overall it's a vibe. Whichever show wins I'm sure we'll get to it eventually. Haven't seen The Sopranos myself.

Matt

I'm good with all of these, bring it on 😊

Matt

Twin Peaks and Station Eleven for next time

Anna H

Severance for next time please!

Jason Cooley

I know there's a lot of Wire is better than Sopranos opinions here but I don't think anyone can deny that the last season of The Wire was kinda goofy.

JL Green

All good options. I cast my vote for House Of The Dragons.

Kayla

Speaking of democracy - watch VEEP!!

prot180

You would love The Wire I promise!

Haye Zeus

I remember last poll The Wire was in the lead for most of it. So we can’t take this early push for granted. No time to celebrate until we get to the end.

Mark McNenney

the wire is close but sopranos is my fav of the two

Tetley

Omar comin'

Carl Lyngholm

It would be a big commitment, I would love to see The X-Files get a shot at some point. At the least the first 4 or 5 seasons and just pretend the latter ones never happened, lol...

cindygrape

I'm honestly good with either The Wire or Sopranos bc I haven't seen them and it would be awesome to experience them with you! I'm voting for the wire tho bc I feel like it would be more my thing

Gary Paterson

I know you stopped watching the Star Wars shows and after Boba Fett I dont blmae you but I cant recommend Andor highly enough. It is so beautifully written and made and acted and in fact could easily be set anywhere and in any universe and still be as good. I stand by this when I say it is the best piece of SW since Empire Strikes back and in a lot of ways is better. Given how layered it is you would have a blast sinking your teeth in to it and be a joy hearing your takes on it. As good as some of the shows on this list are I always say that Andor is the best TV since The West Wing :) which you should check out sometime as well, stay awesome and stay genuine <3

Julian Left

Man I hope Sopranos wins. It's literally the greatest shit ever and the set of characters is unmatched. It has humor and all that. The Wire is in my top 3 so I won't be mad lol but damn...

Adam Williams

I'm in the minority here. I think the writing, directing and cinematography in Peaky Blinders destroys everything here. I understand why people like Sopranos or The Wire more, but Peaky Blinders is actually unreal.

Christopher Rojas

The Leftovers gotta get added in a future poll! 3 seasons in and out

Legato

The wire is TV at it's peak. It's not only great TV, but important TV, as it tackles some wide reaching and complex problems, that are relevant even now. But hey, if Sopranos takes the cake this time, then the Wire will win the next one in 86 weeks, as these two shows are always very close in polls. Me personally, I'd love to see The Wire win, but, here's to a fair race.

Christiaan Van den Akker

I vote Shogun because not only is it good, it is also short and you can move on to other good series relatively quickly.

Max Salyers

I love house of the Dragon but i feel like you could wait and line it up with season 3 or 4 since there are only 18 episodes total in the first 2 seasons.

Linda

Yeah, Twin Peaks. I live near where it was filmed. Northern Exposure too. 🔥

Pancakes332

you should watch 12 monkeys(the tv show not the movie)

cashmere woods

Mad Men hive where we at? That and The Leftovers are the best shows no one reacts to

Kaleb wit a K

You gotta check out snowfall man, if you haven’t already of course it’s so good

Tetley

Couple of British reccommendations for future TV polls -- Utopia (2013-2014) and Peep Show (2003-2015)

Liam McLean

sopranos gang pull through

Gary Paterson

It would be remiss of me not to throw in the joyous and heart warming wonder that is Ted Lasso. Easily the most feel good TV there has been in a long while.

Liam

looking forward to you starting The Wire

j francis m

hey james :) if you ever wanna do a tv show reaction of a show that isnt on the top of everyone's minds but is still quite fascinating, remember that Nicolas Winding Refn did a tv show called Too Old to Die Young.

David Jacobs

No love for Sons or Peaky. Those shoes are so great. 😒

Sydney Wind

Late but Black Sails, The Leftovers, Pachinko are overlooked but amazing :)
