Season 3 is finally here! Happy to be getting into more of The Wire! Instead of expansion we are entering a more localized terror that's building within the character and landscape of Baltimore.

See? How people hate on S2 is insane to me. RIP Frank Sobatka. One of the greatest characters portrayed perfectly...and so many dont know about him and this role.

Mack M

I would call it an expansion just into a different segment of the city.

TES

LETS GO!!!!!!!!

Ryan K

I don't think I've ever heard someone say or even thought "Damn, Stringer should have been a teacher", holy shit. What a great observation.

Kana Kawase

"He is framed importantly." Man, that is a smart observation. Never occurred to me, even on rewatch. Also, the actor who plays Cutty also played Frank's friend under the bridge in Always Sunny. Maybe they take place in the same universe. Imagine a crossover. "The Gang Rips and Runs"

Lily

Since nobody's mentioned it yet, I'll be the one: you might recognize Robert Wisdom, the actor playing Major Colvin, as a young Jim Moss from Barry!

Ingemar Svensson

Did you not catch that Cedric and Marla are separated? He was living out of his office and then got his own place and when she was meeting delegate Watkins he just showed up and stayed for the duration of the meeting and then left.

Now you've also been introduced to The Deacon who was the old bald guy Colvin was talking to at the end speaking about raking leaves on a windy day. The actor who plays The Deacon is Melvin Williams and he was a big drug dealer in the 80s and is one of the inspirations behind Avon Barksdale.

Riddim

You have seen Dennis, who's out of jail and looking for a job, in Always Sunny aswell !

James Edwards

NO MORE OFF WEEKS FOR THE WIRE. WE ARE BACK LET'S STAY BACK JAMES!

MorkBork

I need a new bed! ( The reference hasn't gotten old for me yet :D Lance is the man! )

JXTN

Bunny arc launch! Hyped for these next couple seasons. :)

I'm a little late, a little slow but I'm here damnit lol can't wait to get into season 3, and yes they focused on that Guy for a reason for sure. Your insight serves you well.
