Ah, welcome to the weird, wonderful world of Sopranos dream sequences.

Loving it!

Tim Martin

Tony taking Dr Melfi’s advice - giving Uncle Junior “the illusion of being in control”.

Yours truly, Johnny Dollar

They always feel like they are riffing on old Hollywood dream sequences like the one in Hitchcock's Spellbound

I like the new format for the uncut version, but it can be hard to hear you during the opening song.

Flagging just in case -- nurse scene in Ep 3 at ~11 mins might cause issues in public/listed mode. Not sure if you use alt edits for that

Whoever told you Pussy is played by Joey Diaz was wrong, however Joey DOES have a part down the line!

The Sopranos is my favourite comedy, hands down.

Denial anger acceptance are 3 of the 5 stages of grief. (Missing sadness and bargaining)…you saying anger is a way to cope is close. Anger is a secondary emotion that one filters their primary emotion through in order to have a sense of controlling the uncontrollable….you can’t control the fact your friend is dying of cancer but you can control whether or not you throw a chair or curse out the doctor.

Diaz never appears in the show, only the movie which nobody needs to think about or acknowledge.

Anthony Khayat

Yeah, the dream sequences in the show are amazing. They rarely feel like cheap "gotchas" but actually dive into the characters' psyche.

Can't wait for you to do the next episode ("College"). As good as the first four episodes are, I feel like that's the one where the show really finds it stride.

James! I’m back from the Breaking Bad and Better call Saul days! Resubscribed just to see this masterpiece with you. This show (The Sopranos) changed my entire life, I’m now a recovering addict in the Catholic Church. Thank you for this gift. God bless you homie!

Owen Young

The Sopranos is about the psychology of crime, while The Wire is more about the sociology of it
