Ayo ayooo, no schedule to these but wanted to catch up on more of this on the Patreon because why not? This belongs to the Pilot shows that I'm watching and after a few of you guys mentioned this, I decided to watch the first two episodes and see what all the fuss was about. Enjoy the random uploads, feel like it keeps things interesting!

I'm so pumped you decided to keep things interesting with one of my favorite shows

Yeah, 100%. It’s cool how the show flips the usual “win at all costs” mindset and shows that being a good human actually makes you better at what you do. People don’t give enough credit to how much a good vibe and genuine care can change how a team performs.

Speaking to those who enjoy sports on a regular basis, Ted Lasso is on point portraying the mindset of the modern coach/manager of professional sports teams. Across the board, it feels like athletic programs are hiring people to lead their teams because they know how to connect with the athletes. Coaches/managers in our current era of sports aren't using tactics outside of the norm anymore. Most of the in-game strategy for sports is known and isn't a surprise. Coaches now can't get away with just being tactically smarter than the opposition coaching style and tactics. The successful team managers now are those individuals who can get a room full of egos to work towards the goal of unity. That element has always been an important part of professional sports but it's way more important now than it was in the past. Rebecca Welton thought she hired someone incompetent but didn't understand Ted Lasso is the perfect manager of athletes and egos in our modern age.

Robbie Williams is HUGE over here in Europe. When we were watching this episode with my American friend I thought maybe he went under her radar and then I went down a rabbit hole and nope, Americans don't know him. But it's so baffling to me because he was maybe the biggest pop singer in early 2000s here. I highly recommend watching Rock DJ (Regent Street) scene from his biopic. (The original music video was pretty traumatising for little ol' me.)

Jason Sudeikis 100% disappears into Ted Lasso. All the acting in this series is amazing. And Anthony Head is so freaking good at playing Rupert. I don’t think he gets enough credit. I wish people would believe me when I tell them how good this show is. The few friends that believed me and watched it … all love it like you do. I honestly feel this show should be mandatory viewing for humans. Because if you can watch this series and not come away a better person, then I’d be surprised. Maybe it should be shown in prisons. Ok, I’m thinking out loud .. I shall shush. 🤫 England is gorgeous. You’ll find places just a beautiful in every village and town. If you ever get to go … go. So much history over there.

Somebody described Ted Lasso as Hot Chicken Soup for the Soul. It gives you this warm feeling. I think this summs it up
