Finally starting up another new series! Excited to see where Succession brings me on this journey..coming in completely blind. I have a feeling this series will lean heavily towards the writing and characters, but I'm curious to see how other aspects of filmmaking will be experimented with as the episodes continue.

Just so you know, you’re not supposed to sympathize with the characters. They’re all a-holes.. 😂😂

Kaitlin

Will

The Conheads are gonna love this!

Elle Durden

The family dynamics are the core of the show so dont feel bad for not getting the business side! Buckle up fuckleheads! Lets go!

When Ken lashes out after Logan fucks him, its when you see another side of his personality. That line of insults is shocking lol This show has the best insults, from sutil ones to very explicit, perfection. I wish english was my first language so I could say some of them irl lol Iconic lines, through and thorugh.

Elle Durden

Logan thinks of himself as a self made men. But in Frank's speech he says Logan was raised by an uncle with a business of print shop and billboard and an aunt with cattle. He inherited it. He built it up, of course, but he had a head start like most billionaires usually do.

It’s here it’s here’s let’s freakin go!

George Ray

Just started watching this myself per its poll win and I gotta say it's definitely growing on me, great reactions as always!!!!!

Jon Exler

Just finished both uncut, great stuff James. I think the part thats most fantastic about the writing is that it can make you empathize/sympathize with people who are not only incapable of doing that themselves but that are also unrelatable on a lifestyle level. Also interesting that you mentioned Big Short - Jeremy Strong (Kendall) is in The Big Short haha

Matt

HELL YEAH

Matt

Its only a matter of time before we get to hear James hum along and conduct the orchestra for the amazing Succession theme music 🎼🎵🎶🔥🔥🤣

Night King01

beginning of an incredible journey! it just keeps getting better and better! i’m so happy i get to rewatch again, after watching this series no other has been able to compare which is both a blessing and a curse given i’m already picky with my shows enough but this series just absolutely has me in a chokehold 😂 can’t wait to relive all the beautiful tom/greg moments, sad kendall, deranged roman etc etc…

cindygrape

Even though I wanted Sopranos or The Wire to win bc I haven't seen them, I'm here for the rewatch ride!! Definitely one of the top shows

Kara

For first-time watchers: I wasn't hooked until S1E7. After that I was 100% sold, and it stayed some of my fav TV as it aired until the end.

Cody Price

Fun fact: Keiren Culkin is McCaulley Culkin’s brother and was also in Home Alone with his brother as the Kevin McCallister’s cousin, Fuller.

Does anyone else have syncing problems with these? I watch from HBO max, and for some reason, I have to keep pausing the show to stay synced :/
