Bell B-day (WIP) (Patreon)

Currently working on a b-day pic for my friend Bell, also known as BellySuperemacy. He has made gifts for me before, so I want to gift him in return. He really likes Serene btw. :3 (Also to clarify, she is dressed as Officer Jenny from Pokemon.)
