So I finally talked to Zach today which kind of killed the mood for writing. I'm not sure if this is good or bad but he kind of apologized for "taking advantage of me". He basically said that I was really high and not thinking straight and he feels bad about letting what happened, happen and we should just forget about it... Like was I bad or something or am I just not attractive...I guess I should be thankful that we can just move on and forget about it but a little bit of me is actually kind of hurt. So plan for tomorrow, going to Animal Kingdom and then coming home to write more for my book and taking a break from the winter contest. Maybe writing for my book will get me on a flow and let me write for the contest as well.

My guess is he misunderstood your initial distancing as regret. He values your friendship and feels like he may have crossed a line because you were high. Without any other information to go on, he's assumed that you didn't actually want to do that with him and he feels guilty putting you in that situation. My recommendation (for what it's worth) would be to sit down and talk with him. Explain how you feel, and that you did what you did because you wanted to, not because he took advantage. Trust me, pretending it didn't happen never works. Y'all are either going to have some hella sexual tension build up, or the guilt/regret will drive a wedge between you. Just be open and honest with him, especially about how much he means to you. Good luck
