An office is always a good place, either the boss shrinks one of his staff who isn't pulling his weight or one of his younger office workers who feels put down by his boss, so shrinks his boss for payback or two guys up for promotion and the boss shrinks them both to massage his feet, the best one gets promoted and the other stays shrunk or finally two guys up for promotion and one shrinks the other so he gets the promotion and keeps his competition as a desktop pet.
