I wonder how much raw material you would need in order to justify making something like a small blanket out of the shed velvet of centaur antlers. You’d probably need a whole herd over a significant amount of time depending on shedding rates, and the material is probably too thin anyway, but it might work. Kind of makes me think of a (Australian) possum skin cloak. Those things are WARM.
