man, i have SO many questions about baby talita’s origins…if centaurs aren’t particularly sentimental about their kids until they get older and have no reservations with selective culling…who left her here instead of, uh, letting nature take its course? how did she even end up on nexus jovia? did a human somehow get ahold of her and then decide she was too much to handle? i’m so curious, and i love every little detail we get to learn about her and how she ended up the way she is!

Doug is so brave, picking her up like that! I love how thoughtful your poses are- from Doug keeping Talita's midlegs pinned with his hands to Talita kicking/scratching at him with her back legs, it all feels so "real" to what it would look like if a person was holding a tiny scared horse kitten.

She looks so scared... The fact that whoever left her left her in a pet carrier, and the fact that the first two peoples' first thoughts were a wildlife center also make sad... How long had centaurs been known to the broader interstellar community at this point? Or would most humans by the time of RTTS still not really know anything about centaurs? I am still so curious as to how she ended up there as well, given from what we've seen, that it probably wouldn't have been a centaur that left her
