Do you have any plans to cover the Soviet Manpower position in Mar-May '45 and its possible impact to the final battles for Germany? Including some "what if's" Such as no hold order at Stalingrad and availability of an extra 250,000 German troops available in those final months of the war.

Frankly, I doubt it would have made much of a difference, given the ability to consistently outmaneuver the germans on the operational level, and move combat power to alter the correlation of forces in a specific sector to achieve these ends.
