Since I want to do a meet & greet for you guys at Tank Fest (or nearby). It would be great to have some preliminary data to hand it to my staff officers for planning.
I will be there on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

I am basically thinking of doing a Meet & Greet there, but the "privacy" would be limited. So, I am thinking maybe meeting in a pub in Weymouth, Dorset would make more sense. In any case, my staff needs the data, so that I can get a basic idea on the numbers.

Note: It is likely there will be an "open" meet & greet.

EDIT: suggestions & ideas in the comment section are welcome.

If there was to be a more private meeting, I’m unsure of how viable it would be for myself due to transport issues. I’m being dropped off there you see. I think I could make it work though.

Not working for me this year. Vienna days neither unfortunately. I might be able to squeeze a weekend in Münster though

Would love to come, but have a prior commitment up in Newcastle.

However, we'll stay in Poole (Sandbanks Hotel as recommended by the museum) and we're flying in from Lower Austria - so Pub in Weymouth probably won't work for us. But that shan't keep you!
