I had my usual "hellhound cough" (some of you might remember it from 2017, when I streamed HOI 3). It usually sounds awful, lasts for several weeks and nothing happens. The first "recorded" incident happened in Spring 2001, when I was doing my national service.
Yet, this time it developed differently. I started to develop pain in the lower right side of my ribs after a few weeks, since coughing can break ribs, I was sent to the X-Ray yesterday, additionally they also rayed my lungs.
Good News: Ribs are fine. Bad News: the right lower part of the lungs aren't. Infected. (EDIT: as far as I know a lung infection is usually pneumonia, yet there is also a note that there is no pneu. so not entirely sure, I guess it is a minor infection or something.) Nasty side-effects headache, reduced effectiveness, severely reduced efficiency, etc.
Since last week I was on training and could thus only read during transit, I intended to produce a Visualized video this week, which at the current moment I don't consider possible, at least not in a healthy way.
Similarly, since I am mostly in pain and still coughing, recording vlogs is also not ideal. Thus, this week, will only see the release of the Panzergrenadier Manual 44 video on NOT Visualized. For next week, there might be nothing at all, but I will try to put something out.

sorry for the inconvenience
