Some Background on the lack of Visualized Videos (Patreon)

As you might have noticed my last visualized video was released almost 4 weeks ago. This is due to - wait for it - a combination of several factors... surprise, surprise, I know ;)

So, I thought I give you a short notice on what was/is going on.

First, over the holidays I decided to write/edit a new book, completely in German this time, but it is intended to be translated after the German release. Although most of it was done, I still had to do some changes after Chris and I reviewed the first test print. Currently, I am waiting for the second test print, likely I will approve it for release soon afterwards.

Second, there were some unfortunate personal events that required my attention, this ate up a lot of time.

Third, Chris and I are currently preparing for our next major collaboration project. This one is far bigger than our previous projects, so far we were just selecting sources and we are currently at almost 800 sources, if we add books, we are above 800. Note that a source in this case can range from 1 page to a few hundred pages. For this we will soon head to German military archives to take a closer look. According to my records.

Fourth, we also have a small publishing house, this means some legal, administrative aspects as well as updates to our books, e.g., our first book received a new cover and we also took the opportunity to extend the glossary a bit, correct a few errors.

So likely before mid February there won't be a visualized video or might be even late February, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for your support!
Bernhard
