Currently waiting for an MRI of my hand, yesterday I got an X-ray. I am really annoyed since it seems nothing has an effect, e.g., I use the right hand it does not get worse, but if I don’t do anything with it, it seems to get worse or at least not improve… this really drives me nuts.

Sorry to hear that Bernhard. Hope you get better soon. I understand how complicated those things are. I got myself some health issues as well, I wasn't able to paint, very difficult. As for your hand, I had some issues with my hand too long ago, my problem was with my keyboard, using regular keyboard injured my hands to the point not only about pain, but also with problems moving them. What solved my problem was buying myself a ergonomic keyboard that kept my hands straight over it. It has sort of a base, a soft piece so I can rest the palm of my hands on top. Using keyboard too much can injure your hands and you only feel it when resting, when you are not using them.
