Back from the German Panzermuseum. Was filming there for 3 days, first day alone, second day with a former Leopard 2 gunner, 3rd day Andy joined as well. Also 1 day for getting there and 1 day getting back.

Recorded about 20 videos, 6 are WW2, the others are either general, directly or indirectly Ukraine related.
My hands are a mixed bag, apparently climbing tanks etc. is no issue, but using the phone (even calling not typing) is... tomorrow I will have the first meeting with an occupational therapist. She had already a few interesting questions and wanted a photo of me working, so I setup my tripod and made a time-lapse shots for the last few hours (about 100).

The first video is edited and likely will be released on Tuesday.

Scarecrow Repair

I have developed wrist pain for the first time. I've been typing into computers since 1968, never had any problems until a few months ago, and I have two theories. One is that I am a self-taught touch typist, don't follow any norms, so my fingers are more mobile than most, thus avoiding those problems.

Second theory is that I started reading eBooks on my phone a year or two ago instead of a dedicated Kindle. Phones have no bezels, you have to hold it with your palm facing you, unlike a book where your thumb is on top holding pages down, or a Kindle with wide bezels for thumbs. So I bought a tablet and a big Kindle, and use them instead of the phone. The wrist pain is still there if I try reading from the phone, but not from the tablet or Kindle. Whether this helps you or not, I don't know.
