tomorrows video is on the A 4 Rocket better known as the V-2 and it's "effectiveness", for this I will look at the destruction caused, the Allies (investment into) counter-measures and also the cost.
It will also include some technical data, the origin and development.

There will probably be no video on Tuesday.

Video for Friday not sure yet. Flak Towers, Firepower + Steel Division might are contenders.

Far future: I just ordered two books on the US/American Civil War, usually they will arrive in about 30-40 days, so probably no videos on the Civil War in the next 2 months.

Thanks for the great channel! Can I cast a vote for a bit more on the Kriegsmarine?

thank you, actually today I got a book on the Bismarck, sadly, it doesn't seem to include any information I was looking for :( did quite some look-up on why no Swordfish was shot down by the Bismarck and found a lot of very interesting information on a forum, but no sources there. Also nothing on the FC and AA mentioned in that thread is mentioned in the book I got.

Was the range of the torpedoes not long enough for the swordfish to turn away before getting into AA range? The Bismarck did have super AA, so I always assumed the planes must have stayed far away!

no, as far as I know the swordfish moved in rather closely. Also the Bismarck had long-range AA. There are various theories out there from simple facts like: huge ship in strong winds and bad sight maneuvering like crazy to bugged Fire Control, bad training, etc. countless versions, some make sense, some less, but so far all on the forums and no books.

Speaking of the Kriegsmarine. I'm not sure how you would handle this as a topic. It's late on Saturday night and I'm at a loss for names but the head of the Kriegsmarine ran the Reich breifly. The true final days of the war. As he was the one who signed the surrender. This is a point in history very few are aware of. As they think the war ended in the bunker and it might be of interest to cover.

Dönitz, well, this is more WW2 / Third Reich trivia and right now, I don't know how to make that topic interesting and provide an important insight. As you might have noticed I barely mention names at all. If there are some interesting aspects to it and I come across there still might be a video. The "nuking Japanese beaches" was basically such a video, I didn't know about that.
