Unlucky timing - Progress/Health Update (Patreon)

Hello! Since the last progress update has been almost 2 weeks ago, I wanted to update you all on my current situation. I won't go into much detail, but the jist of it is that I've not been doing well for multiple months, and after coming back from "holiday", I got sick. Problem is, I cannot just lie in bed and rest because I have a summerjob where you cannot take sick leave, and for when i'm home, resting is also quite difficult.

So basically what I am doing at the moment is work and then try to cope and recover as well as I can, though I do sadly also have some long term issues that won't go away once I am no longer simply "sick" in a physical way.

My goal is still to make progress on chapter 52, and after posting this post, I will be trying my best to do some proofreading.
I've really been hit by a streak of unlucky timing / general bad luck, and that is what is causing the delay. I've been hesitant to address it directly because I want this to be good vibes only. So please, try not to let it impact how you enjoy my works :) The fact that releases have slowed down so much does bother me on a personal level, but I also think taking more time is good for the quality of the stories I am so very passionate about. I was not happy with how chapter 48 turned out, and that result was mainly caused because I was so afraid of losing readers if I took too long to publish something. And truth is, I think that fear is entirely valid. But at this point, I physically and mentally *need* the time. So, I am grateful for all the support you are showing me by remaining interested in my work. =)
