I am not a professional wrestler, or in any way athletic enough to even do wrestling fundamentals in a way that looks good. But seeing Cena's awful flatback bumps prompted me to do five flat backs onto my bed just to see if i could do a bump better. I am winded myself because I am in awful shape, but I like to think I bumped better than Cena did here.

My housemate at the time stayed up to watch this live, having both got back into it after being lapsed fans for several years, because we knew The Rock was going to be there. Other than that we knew nothing going in, wish we knew nothing going out of it. We both sat in silence after the main event for a minute or so, sighed, got up and went to bed. We didn't talk about wrestling for a long while after that. It was only Punk and Mitb that got us back later that year. It damn near killed my love of wrestling for good this match, and this whole mania in general. Absolute fucking dross 😂. That said I thoroughly enjoyed watching you boys have to suffer through it again 😂 thanks for everything. You guys rule.

I wasn't a big fan of Cena and Miz at that time, that match made me dislike The Rock as well. I wasn't watching during the Attitude Era, so I was really not into him and his antics. His Final Boss run is what I enjoyed from him.

John Cena was selling like he was knocked out after every move. Which would be bad anyway but against The Miz who doesn't look like the most dominant guy it feels extra silly.

I have been and always will be a Miz fan. I remember his days on the Real World season 10 he's literally living his boyhood dream. I could never hate on him for that, like John Cena he's done every thing the company asked him to do and he was rewarded for it. The level of Miz slander Wrestletalk, particularly from Tempest and luke does annoys me and I don't know why.🤷

Tempest: on the subject of bad Manias and leaving once it's over, (plus bonus bad booking decisions on birthdays) I really tried to get to Wrestlemania for my 30th birthday. Couldn't make it happen, so instead I watched night 2 of WM 39 at home. Happy birthday to me. And further: imagine the couple from Groundhog Day who Bill Murray gave the Wrestlemania tickets. Now remember that was for WM IX.

this really does feel like Tempest and Luke just wanted to get on their soap box and moan about Cena and Miz, this match anywhere else on a card is fine, it's not a main event but it's not nearly as bad as Tempest's shouting would have you believe

I feel like at least the Miz tries. He has a genuine love for wrestling. Cena does not and never has. Plus, you could see how badly concussed Miz was at the end and they still had to have the Rock hit his move on Miz. That is just crap.
