I don't know if you had this in the UK, but we had e-fed RPG forums, where you would impersonate a wrestler (CAW or existing wrestler). My character was R-truth and to blend in the character, I went onto a journey of exploring his career and especially his NWA-TNA days, his promo work with Ricky Steamboat and Scott Hall, his matches with Jeff Jarrett and Ken Shamrock, and obviously the 3LK and Team Pacman. So I always had this weird connection with Truth and his career. Obviously I'm sad he's gone but I think he can easily bounce back and offer something outside of WWE.

you talked about not having enough content to do a wrestletalk extra just on scott hall going to tna, but doing one overall about how long each of the people who wwe got the contracts for when they bought wcw stayed in wwe, what they did there and what they did after could be very interesting

Btw, he was still a babyface when he made the Green Bay mistake. I think it was in 2010. He said "Green Bay Wisconsin, What's up!" and it was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It didn't lead to anything immediately but when he became the goofy character he included this sort of mistakes in his comedy.

I think my favorite comedy bit with him was he and Miz are cutting a promo and getting “WHAT” chants, and he says something insane, Miz looks at the crowd and goes “I’ve got this”, looks at Truth and goes “What?”

There are so many YouTube videos titled R-Truth's funniest moments. And they are funny. I get not wanting to renew his contract. TKO/WWE have every right to do that. I do not like how it was done, I do not like how many better ways there were to wrap up Truth's time with WWE, and I do not like how I have not seen or heard about HHH or someone from high up in WWE saying something. Besides Road Dogg and I am not counting him because he took his comment down. Thank you guys for this summary of Ron's time in wrestling!

So sad to see R-Truth go. Will always love him as a member of the 24/7, 48/7, 7-11, I-95 South Live Kru. Hope that they bring him back for spots in the future, if for nothing more than to finally throw Paul Heyman over the top rope of a rumble.
