Wow what a promo from bron , with that intensity I want him to go out there and mall punk on the first raw of the year put the belt on him and send him to the moon right now. It’s time. I really thought they were finally going to have Finn kick Liv and dom out of the JD but nope pretty much the same promo we’ve gotten for what feels like years. The product isn’t bad imo it’s just uninspired/stale. Bron’s promo was good though

A DQ in the Main Event... welcome back Raw, we missed you the past few weeks. Seriously though this direction for the women is exciting, almost as if pausing everything to force a wargames match once a year halts momentum instead of helps it. Liv handing the title back to Roxanne at the end when she gifted it was also a hilarious way of her saying that she is not going to the midcard.

The Jey tantrum was awkwardly set up for as weak as it was. Can't wait to see him come back as Happy Uso. Loved Bron's promo though, that was the highlight of the show for me

Loving the new chats style! Makes it feel much easier to engage with the channel from other time zones (Australia here which always made catching the podcasts live difficult). Great to be a part of the WrestleTalk family JAM THAT JAM. Also, just me who really enjoyed RAW this week? Really solid in ring action all round especially in the main event until the predictable no finish but at least the women’s tag division looks great. Also excited about pretty much all the directions that were set up especially with breaker that promo was gas.

Really good episode of Raw today, the women's tag segment at the end reminded me of the smackdown tag scene earlier this year when that was great. I am so glad they were smart enough to realize that pinning the champion should get you a title shot and born cut a great promo to build the match, can't wait for the feud. got nothing else to say so I will just ask Oli if he's read Absolute Martian Manhunter yet, its my favorite of the new absolute comics

Everyone is gonna be talking about Brons promo. I wanna talk about how Solo had a much better match with Gunther than Jey, ever did. Come to think, Jey has been the least entertaining of his brothers. Ahhhh who cares people like Yeet man give him the titles. Whats up guys! Raw was super weird to me this week, solo Gunther was awesome, women’s tag scene feels stacked, bron’s promo was amazing, and that styles clash spot was insane. But you could really feel the lack of top star power on this show. JD promo felt very off and the opening segment didn’t feel like it should’ve started the show. Felt like a filler episode with great matches. Also Solo looked awesome, I kind of hope he goes missing for a couple months so he can kind of refresh, he’s another young guy with all the potential in the world but got so badly derailed after the Cena match. Cheers guys and happy December!

genuinely what is the point of having all of these slop backstage segments to boost runtime. what does boosting runtime actually do for them in the netflix era… i can understand wanting backstage segments because when done right they are highlights of the show. but why needlessly boost runtime just to pump out poorly written slop that doesn’t progress stories.

I guess we can agree that survivor series was disappointing. But Bromy breaker's promo was pretty electric I'm really looking forward to that badge on January 4th. I didn't like the DQ finish in the main event but I really like the women's tag division it's pretty stacked. Could there be better storylines on the tag teams sure, but the judgment day seem like they're a bigger store line than they have been in the past couple of months because of liv. When she gave the title over to Roxanne when they posed at the end indicates that they have a lot to tell with the storyline I'm really looking forward to it

I know the report say they’re coming to do the title change at wrestlemania but I think it would be better to put the title on Bron at the first role of the new year because it shows that anything can happen and in my opinion if punk is going to be a baby face, he is better chasing the title you can build Bron up to be an unstoppable champion going into wrestlemania

Hey Luke and Oli, overall this raw was pretty great in terms of matches and builds, seems like the detour we had in San Diego for war games is over and we can finally get to some development. Who knew Gunther and Solo would pull out one of the best WWE tv matches of the year and Solo still looked strong because Gunther had to cheat, goes to show that Gunther can make anyone look good (except Jey unfortunately). Speaking of Jey, are we finally getting serious or are we back to yeeting next week, I really hope it’s the former because Jey more than anyone needs a character reset.

I was thoroughly surprised Triple H didn't decide to do Jey vs Gunther for the 7th time, but I'm pleased with the people set for the finals. I feel that regardless of who wins (though let's be honest, it's Gunther) it'll be a good decision and would help make either guys look like complete megastars again.

Bron’s promo is definitely a career best. Love seeing the chaotic Steiner energy from him. Genuinely baffling that Punk vs Breakker wasn’t what they did initially but glad it’s where we’re going. Also wasn’t expecting the masked man to get full reveal on Raw but I feel like the show didn’t progress that story at all, pretty underwhelming also don’t know how I feel about Logan Paul being an actual member of the Vision

This episode, for me, is 72%. I thought the wrestling was great, even though Triple H couldn't resist a lame DQ finish in the main event. Storyline wise, though, not a lot really happened. Although..are we seeing the beginning of a Jey Uso heel turn??

Bron's promo was a little clunky but did what it needed to do (set up the Punk feud and finally gave a more logical reason for Bron turning on Seth than "we attacked him because he got hurt"). I am looking forward to seeing what happens next, which is how you *should* feel after watching Raw. And how great is the women's tag division right now? There's enough good women's tag teams now, plus Nia Jax and Lash Legend, to keep this momentum going for a while. If we don't end up a Women's Tag Team TLC match, what are they even doing?

Hey Luke and Oli! Epic raw was promised and in typical fashion triple nose under delivered. Raw and smackdown have gone from must watch for me to something I disappointedly fast forward thru. At least LA Knight won. Sigh

So I got back into actually watching Raw/Smackdown after nearly 2 decades and couldn't imagine wanting to be there live. The reason I say this is how WWE decided to do their ad breaks as the first wrestler makes their way to the ring only to stand there doing nothing for minutes for the broadcast to come back only to air a backstage segment and then the second wrestler is already in the ring about to fight. So when Oli jokes about WWE being all about entrances, I can't believe that with how they cut the other entrance. I also watch Dynamite/Collision and AEW only does ad breaks during or after the matches never before (unless it's local enhancement talent which they just magically appear in the ring ahead of time).

Hey Gents what an unpredictable Raw! Liv's back so its time to unpause the Judgement Day Drama. War Games is Over so its time to unpause the Jey Uso turns heel bit...HHH books a DQ main event because of course he does. The Jon Cena Tournament is supposed to be Jon giving a "random" opponent a shot at becoming a Star. So let's pick the former longest tenured IC Champ & a two time World Champ Gunther...a real up & comer...Its hilarious at how easy it was for you guys to predict how this show was going to go & the direction of WWE as a whole. Fantasy Booking is supposed to be fun, but WWE has turned it into a chore. Love the Podcast and all the content. Jam that Jam!!

If you want to turn Jey heel, don't have him throw the Prime bottles away, have him drink it. Also, Luke, you've played EWR, when you use a wrestler in at least three segments, you get a message that says "the crowd was a bit tired of seeing this wrestler" that was me with Liv. I'm happy she's back but it was a bit much. Dude, that Bron promo was fire, i'm intrigued to see what's gonna happen on Jan 5th. I don't expect WWE to have Punk lose the title on Raw but they treat the first of the year as a PPV so this may be the moment.

This isnt raw related but i got into a debate online with some wrestling fans that apprently cm did an interview and stated that wee champions are no longer paid extra money as was the norm under vince. I and a few didnt see a problem with this as they get paid more and extra pay for a predetermined thing seem arbitrary alot of ppl disagrees and thought it is disrespectful that TKo does this. What is yalls thoughts on it.

Not exactly raw related, but I was recently at a car boot sale and picked up an old jewellery box. I opened it up and found a hidden compartment that was jammed shut. I unjammed that jammed compartment and found an mp3 player with this episode on it it. Which is crazy because people use qr codes now.

Hi guys when watching Raw this week I ended up pressing the skip 10 seconds button way too often. I ended up glitching the broadcast and there in all its glory was a QR code which when pressed sent me to this podcast. Now this must have been the EPIC show HHH was promising as I left the full episode of Raw to your podcast!!! Now that is brand integration!!! Jam that Jam!!

At this point I'm convinced we will get GTA 6 before they ever break up Judgment Day. The group is beyond stale and just giving them all the belts again because the most overrated woman in WWE Liv Morgan is back does nothing for anyone. Least maybe Bron get the title on Jan 5 might be a postive but again not holding my breath.

Maybe there is something wrong with me? I enjoyed Survivor Series and I enjoyed raw . Matches were good bron going world title. Tag divisions both developed. Paul and rey going IC. Live passes the baton to roxanne. And maybe just maybe yeet is finished. Alot of stuff happened woman opening and closing show even the dq finish made sense annoying as it was a brilliant match with a collectors item of a rhea Charlotte botch. Maybe because I watched in attitude error and only came back with Netflix my expectations are lower but I enjoyed this week's.

Trips saying that this episode was going to be epic.. it was good sure but epic not too sure. I mean okay liv is back, very much back she got a lot of screen time. Main event dq, judgment days🎵 never ending storey🎵 I was hoping for more on the "hooded theory guy" but knowing trips we are going to be waiting a long time. Matches were great, Gunther and solo was fantastic. Jey throwing his toys out of the pram was... well it was something he kinda had a little burst, felt silly then walked to the back... love you guys 🫶

Hi Lads, really enjoyed this episode nearly every match was great, uso vs knight was okay, solo really surprised me though. I like that Liv being back now gives JD a little bit of direction. However I fear that if breakker does not beat punk then it will lead to punk vs Logan at mania. Oh god please no.

Why are we dragging out the reveal of the hooded figure. Do they really think that it being revealed as Austin Theory is going to be this big moment. Literally the only other reason I can think as to why they’re dragging it out is that it’s not Austin Theory and they’re waiting for Jerichos contract to run out so he can be revealed as the masked man. But even then, do people really want Jericho to come in and join the Vision and feud with CM Punk (presumably for the World Title).

For Oli: Back in December 2023/Jan 2024, I flew all the way from Melbourne, Australia to London for a Christmas holiday with my partner. On the last day of our holiday, we went to Norman's Cafe as we'd heard great things. We ate our food, paid the bill, and as I opened the door to leave, I opened it to be standing but 30cm away from Oli Davis! It was a delightfully unexpected surprise. Unfortunately, I was caught off guard, and instead of asking you about wrestling, I decided to talk about baked beans. It was a pleasure to meet you! However, something weird happened after our encounter... As I walked off, I put my hand in my pocket and found a napkin from Norman's that had a QR code on it. I stopped, pulled out my phone and scanned it. Low and behold, it took me directly to a video of the full match of Edge vs Test for the Intercontinental Championship at Survivor Series 2001.

Hello. I think thus episode of raw proves that wrestling would be better if we got all the non main event bs in it. I was blown away from the AJ Lee/New Day Match, and Gunther/Solo really got me into the action, both guys did awesome work to get the crowd to duel chant for each other. I believe WWE get in their own way with how they produce & lay out their matches and if they let the talent show off their, well, talent, I think they could be the best promotion in the world. I think what’s missing from the current product is that match we should look forward to, most of the stuff they’re hyping up is matches we’ve seen or don’t care to, Bron Breakker is in such a interesting position where I just want him to fight everyone because it feels so fresh & interesting. Seems like WWE put matches that look good for cities & ads, they can always change, but they are always going to be WWE.

Something I’ve been noticing, especially tonight, is that not as many people in the crowd are yeeting as there used to be. Everyone around Jay was yeeting, but when you look around the arena it’s quite sporadic. I like Jay, but I think the gimmick has lost momentum.
