I used to be like you luke (lifelong bag squeezer) until I watched a documentary about tea and discovered that if you don't let it brew for a bit then you get next to no caffeine from the tea bag. And squeezing the bag doesn't do anything except make the tea a little more sour.

10000% agree about Chelsea Green. Anyone who thinks she couldn't be a top person forgets just how over she was in her Money in the Bank match where she acted scared climbing the ladder. The act worked so well it translated to crowd sentiment, and if the crowd is "telling you what they want", what someone is at the moment is irrelevant. It's your job to figure out HOW to get them there.

I love listening to Luke and Dan! I find them so engaging. And ending this with Luke being cast as Abyss (which should make Luke happy) and Dan being cast as Iyo (which I find adorable), was a wonderfully funny way to wrap up the podcast. Thanks gents!

On the kayfabe discussion. I was recently at an indie show, where the long time host of the show/ring announcer was retiring. They did a whole ceremony after the show for him and wrestlers with blood feuds against each other, heels and faces alike, came out to celebrate him. And one of the owners of the promotion literally said "the show is over, this is not a part of the story" and in his speech for the retiring ring announcer he said "Wrestling might be fake, but the emotions are real" And despite the kayfabe shattering nature of it, the crowd was louder for all this than any of the actual wrestling. Just let kayfabe die. It isn't in any way needed whatsoever.

A reason I love Dan and Luke together is because I LOVE the tangents. Luke and Oli do a great job of reviewing the product and I love watching them together, but Luke and Dan have a conversation and also talk about wrestling. And as someone who also can’t have a straight forward conversation without tangents, I love it.

2:09 1. This is why Americans microwave their tea. Heat up the water and brew the tea at the same time. (Not saying it's the best way, but it is *a* way.) 2. Nobody needs to do anything like Trump. It's not lampooning; it's just an imitation. The Man > Big Time > Becky Trump. She could just be a heel version of The Man right now. The Trump stuff is annoying, makes me remember he exists and is in power, and is not what someone as good as Becky could be doing.

Sorry Luke, if you squeeze the tea bag you release the tannins of the tea which gives it a tart like texture.. Dan is right, you have to let it brew, no longer than two minutes, and you’ll have a great cup of tea!! Anyway, Unreal is a good show, don’t view it as cannon, view it as reality TV and you’ll have a great time
