The crowd felt sparse this time, I couldn't see as many seats as I figured. If it felt like the crowd had low energy, that would be why.

So I don't know if they aired it on the broadcast last night, but there was a between match Segment where Nick Aldis and R-Truth were spinning a tumbler. It seemed like a deliberate hint at who was number 1 for the Men's Rumble. I don't know if it's common knowledge so I am not saying who in case of Spoiler.

genuinely think this was THE worst Royal Rumble in recent history. The match was boring, the winner was uninspired (even Roman spoke out about this…), Lawsuit Lesnar shouldn’t be involved and had no right eliminating Oba.. The women’s rumble on the other hand, i think elevated every woman in there . the division is in great hands

HHH leaning from recent events. Not in booking, no that would be good. No he took out Brock before it started so the winner doesn’t get booed. Then have Lesner take out Oba so he gets the heat, but quickly have Jay go out so the crowd has to yeet instead. So not here for Roman Hogan back in the main event.

Interesting show to say the least. Womens entry order was very strange. Happy to see liv get her Rumble Moment after years of being the mvp. Emotional watching AJ Styles end his WWE career. However terrible performance from the referee every count was slow as hell and tbh not enough was done to play on the heart strings to make it seem like AJ was even within a chance of winning. Drew Sami Zayn was classic underdog in the hometown match. I maybe in the minority but Sami Zayn is not main event material but he's going to get him moment at some stage because wwe is driven by moments and social clips. Mens rumble. If seth is not ready for wrestlemania where does Bron Breakker go from here. Oba Femi is amazing. Some eliminations felt out of place and rushed. Genuinely disappointed with the lack of suprise in this match. Why are we wasting spots on the two Grande Americanos and La Parka, these are not the entrants to do in a saudi rumble. Crowd has no idea who these guys are and no interest in any story which may be there. Jey Uso is just not it. He is simply just an entrance and a catchphrase. I understand it's the booking but why did he get cheap shotted by Roman Reigns and then hit the 1D with him minutes later. Dropped the ball on the little Roman story and now I don't care to see him in any capacity to be honest. Drew Mcintyre is the top Heel in the company, amazing storytelling with his hypocrite character. He was once screwed now he is the one who screws. What does logan paul do to get into the final 4 in every rumble. Roman was a massive safe option to win, my heart wanted Gunther or Oba Femi. Roman v Punk is the money wrestlemania main event so it's no suprise. Classic HHH 'This show is going to be epic' 'This is what we do' 'Did you enjoy the show' It had its moments but overall its getting a 6/10 for me. This is just my opinion and I really think this was another missed opportunity to establish the next big names for the next 5-10 years.

So did anyone else notice the "next entrant: #31" error? It got everyone in the arena excited, and I knew there was no way WWE would do that. Sure enough it was gone after a few mi utes, but I have a photo as proof of it happening.

If I’m being honest, I was way too distracted with how empty it looked in there. The consistent “fireflies” just highlighted how few people appeared to be there. Hopefully WWE sees this as a red flag, and potential warning sign and may reconsider re-upping their partnership with Riyadh Season.

I wanted Sol Ruca to win the rumble so badly. She's amazing and it would have been a much better shock winner than Jey last year. My boyfriend and I were both screaming about why the hell you'd put Gunther in at 30 and not have him win. Liv was a deserving but incredibly predictable winner. Roman DOES NOT need to win another rumble. Should've been Gunther.

Vast majority of entrances got no reaction, it was like someone was holding up a sign saying ‘jump up and down’ so they had something to show, it looked very empty, the women having to yet again be subjected to that is a nonsense. Maybe it's just me, but WWE seem determined to make Bron uninteresting as a character, I have no issue with him being attacked and eliminated, but the Bron Breaker of a few months ago would have gone nuts and started laying waist to the ringside officials. He should have to have been dragged backstage instead of just walking back calmly. But I guess he has a lot to learn...

Both rumbles suffer from my biggest issue with rumbles. Liv and Roman don’t need to win a rumble to get a mania title shot. Last years Jey Uso match didn’t work out but it did put a new person in a mania main event and we all accepted it. I would’ve much preferred an Oba, Trick, Evans or Breakker. I suppose this is a big issue with having both mania main events decided by rumble and chamber. You don’t want to put Roman on a non-main event which means he always needs to win 1 of them if he’s not champion

Knight was good and Je’von was excellent and at least the Vision appear to be on cool down, they’re not getting over.

I enjoyed the Women's Rumble. The Men's Rumble was ok but definitely dragged a little. Highlight of the Men's Rumble for the group I watched the Rumble with was when my very tired friend (we watched this after a night out) misread Austin Theory's titan-tron as Autistic Leon.
