Chris Wharton

Hi guys- best tv show that had a terrible ending

Harry Burgess

If your life could be symbolised by any drink, what would it be and why?

Callum

Luke this is probably more for you but do you think Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will be in no way home ? And do you think they will have more solo movies after the film ? Thanks x

Tom Shucksmith

Hi guys, hope you’re well! Two questions really.. 1) I know aew has a slight problem with the over use of gangs and factions but does anyone find it an easier watch, last night/this morning I didn’t want it to end but with raw etc I’m clock watching wishing it would end, just wondered if anyone felt the same? 2) IT’S COMING HOME LUKE 😉

Jack Chambers

Hi DeNuke! What are your top 3 animated films? Including all the Disney, Studio Ghibli, anime etc.

General Jimmy G

If you could combine 2 movie franchises just for giggles. What would you mix up. For me have deadpool turn up in starwars and he just mocks the sequel trilogy.

Zak Robinson

Hey Team DeNuke! Hope you’re both well and staying safe :) question’s mainly for Luke, but would love to hear what Denise’s thoughts are; following the success of the Download Pilot Festival a few weeks back, which band/artist are you most excited to see live once the world stops burning? I’m hoping there’ll be a joint Muse and Metallica tour, celebrating both 20 years of Origin of Symmetry and 30 years of The Black Album respectively :)

Andrew Baylis

What would have been the worst match for the wrong guy to accidentally win through a botched finish/ one guy forgetting to kick out? My pick would be the battle of the billionaires at WM23.

Mark Jones

Hey Team Denuke, Hope you're both doing well. My question for today is around foundational years in wrestling. What years stand out to you as foundational years in wrestling? By that I don't necessarily mean good years, although they could easily be great years. What I mean by foundational years are years that formed the direction of travel for either wrestling in general or a particular wrestling company? A couple of examples I think of is 1997 and 2001. I don't think 2001 was that great of a year for WWE, but without it we possibly wouldn't have got the first brand split and the Ruthless Aggression era. What do you think? All the best, Mark

KhaosRising

Buenos Dias DeNuke - Que Tal? Thats the end of anything spanish haha Denise, if WWE or AEW do a full proper UK PPV in the next year, would you come to the UK to do an imperson Podcast with Luke, i feel Luke would defo try to get to the US to meet ya finally? =) Have a great Day, KhaosRising Out ✌✌

Nikolai Azzopardi

Last week I showed the Sammy vs MJF match to my girlfriend who doesn't watch wrestling. She liked Sammy cause of his flips and his abs. She actually got into it, repeatedly asking me who's going to win, although she was a bit annoyed by the finish involving interference and that the bad guy won. At one point she turned to me and said "so this is basically panto". This is a massive improvement considering her previous opinion was that wrestling is not a performance and that they just punch each other and get injured. What's another match I could show her of the same vain to at least get her to understand better why I enjoy wrestling.

That Welsh Guy

Hi Team, this may come up in the AEW review, but do you think now we've had the first face off the Hangman vs Omega story can be kept hot all the way up to All Out (September 9th) or will they have the match sooner?

Ben Wallace

Hey Team Denuke. Do you remember when Shaq mysteriously disappeared from inside the ambulance after his match on AEW dynamite back in March? Do you think that story will ever be followed up, or has it been dropped and forgotten forever?

Tim Dakumah

Heya, this will be my first Mailbag Show! I have 3 questions for you: Both: There's a trend in teasing debuts \ returns \ etc... Do you both think this is a good or bad thing? Personally, I can't help but wonder just how much more of a shock return Edge's would have been at the Royal Rumble in 2020 if he hadn't speared Elias at SummerSlam 2019! Both: Do you believe that things should be collected and never used, ever, or do you think they should be enjoyed whilst they last? Personally, I don't collect things for the sake of keeping NRFB (Never Removed From Box) as I believe that everything should be enjoyed. I've had quite a few collectors get really angry \ hatred towards me because I've enjoyed playing with a large variety of things including some highly sort after collectables. Finally, Luke: Is it coming home? :D

Cianostays

Hi DenUke, a couple of questions. First of all, Denise just curious where in Latin America your heritage is from. Latin America is pretty bloody big lol. Also, as a MASSIVE Becky Lynch fan, I can't wait for her return. I could see them putting one of the belts on her straight away but I really think she doesn't need it. I think herself and Bayley could have an incredible back and forth fued or have her elevate a debuting talent (dream scenario being Io Shirai). What do you think? Much love to Wrestletalk's dynamic duo. Cheers, Cian Nolan. PS don't worry about getting my first name right. Nobody outside of Ireland ever gets it right first time lol.

Homerstar

I'm a big fan of Bayley as a face so I wanted to ask if you think Bayley will ever go back to being a face and if yes, how would you make it happen.

Misstrust

Hello Team Denuke! I have a question for you two; did you guys ever have a toy or a stuffed animal that you took with you everywhere as a child? Mine was either my stuffed Penguin or my stuffed Triceratops. Love you guys loads take care.

Adam Gallick

Hi, just want to says thank you to Denise, Fluffy is hilarious! I love his stuff about his son, frankie.

Anubis

Hi team, simple question from me, when are we getting Denise on an episode of Blood on the Clocktower NRB, would love to see her playing as a demon

KingRkj

Hi team Denuke I am long time watcher and listener first time supporter my question is Denise what your fluffy special mines is Aloha Fluffy

KiddGaskin98

Hi Denuke, I have 2questions about AEW 1: AEW arguably has the greatest tag team roster in the World. I would like to know in your opinion should AEW do a World Tag League style tournament in the future? 2: (Not sure if this question had been asked or not) Who would you book to be the first AEW Trio’s Champions?

Adam Pearson

Salutations to the Dymanic Duo collectively known as Team Denuke and to whichever guests are fortunate enough to be sat under the Denuke Tree. - I hope you are doing well on this glorious of all days #ItsComingHome My question is - if you were hired by WWE to go over to AEW as a spy and destroy the company from within (a) would you do it? (b) How would you do it? and (c) who is your favourite Disney heel?

Alex kirkman

I’ve recently been watching attitude era stuff and just wondered what your favourite non-wrestling match attitude era segments are. Mine is when Austin interrupts the marriage of undertaker to Stephanie. The pop when he comes out, the subsequent “ass kicking” & the cherry on the cake is when Stephanie hugs him, he doesn’t hug her back and vince telling him “thank you” Wonderful!!!

Muhammed Amjad

Hi Team Denuke, This is my first month as a pledgehammer and I am really having a great time. I have a question for you. If you could bring a wrestler to a different era, who would it be and why?

Matt-netic Field

Hi team denuke and STEVE AND LARSON! A case of two works coming together as the two wrestling you tube channels I watch! Quick question for everyone! Do you feel now that Delian vega returning to WWE is wise? For me, after all the fighting back to brass she did, for her to return loses a little sympathy for me. She knows what they’re like, and personally, if it repeats itself or wwe screw her over in a different way, she knew what she returned too and can only really blamed herself! Thanks guys!!xx

Joachim

If you were to book a show but could only use wrestlers released from WWE since January 2020, what would the card look like? Also, thank you for an awesome show. /A Swedish guy

Dan-0

"Does Barry Manilow know you raid his wardrobe?". Please tell me you know the reference.

Misha Sumra

Following yesterday's European Football (Soccer) Championship semi-final, it's been suggested that Football is Coming Home. So... What wrestler, sports person, sports team, or other celebrity from your home town/state/country, who's currently working abroad, would you like to see Come Home? I'd go for Will Ospreay doing a Rev Pro show, or John Oliver working with Charlie Brooker on a satirical TV programme.

Zachary Sweeney

Denise have you seen in the heights yet? Great musical or greatest musical?

Luke Anthony Walsh

Do you think John Cena will return before Money In The Bank or before Summerslam

Bmac78

I am going to my first live wrestling at money in the bank. What should i get to mark me being there

Vault-Tec Doormamu

Hello Team Denuke, I’m trying to watch AEW, but the last episode just makes me wonder. “Is there such a thing as being too chicken shit?” What I mean is, three of your biggest heels at the moment, Kenny, the bucks, and MJF, are constantly needing to cheat to win. I brought this up weeks ago, but that doesn’t put anyone but the help over. In the main event for example, the bucks needed to take out the ref, get the good bros down, and they still couldn’t kick out of a 10 count pin. That doesn’t put them over. It makes them look weak. These guys are supposed to be the best in the world. The Elite alone have a Galaxy worth of Star matches under their belt. What happened to them? When I see Kenny I don’t see the guy who broke Dave Meltzer with Okada. I see a injured man who needs to go heal for a year.

Seán

Hi Team Denuke, What wrestler in a tagteam past or present has missed out on a great singles career ? For me it's Matt Jackson. Friday show is awesome 😀 Seán

Nathan ‘The Bully’ Collett

Hi team Denuke, Quick question, do you think that the rise in wrestling YouTube channels like yourselves actually hampers wrestling shows ratings? I mean, how many people actually have stopped watching Raw & Smackdown and instead just watch your recaps. I know I do. Do you think that if YouTube was around in the early 00’s the ratings would have plummeted even quicker after the attitude era? Thanks guys. Much love

ismael

Regarding rosters being bloated in WWE and AEW, do you think we'll ever see structured time off for wrestlers (for example a rolling off season)? It would give people time off to heal from injuries and allow promotions to feature more talent.

stardust crusader's overdrive

Hi guys, Recently I rewatched wwe's top 10 fantasy matches on their YouTube playlist. There were were some that you'd expect like Hogan vs Austin, Bret vs Angle in an I Quit match, and Sting vs Taker. But there were a few that surprised me like a triple of Mankind vs Dude Love vs Cactus Jack and CM Punk vs Macho Man. My question is, what fantasy matches would you have liked to see happened in WWE? Mine would have been John Cena vs Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

ryley

Hey guys with everything starting to open back up, like movie theaters I was wondering what movies are you looking forward to the the most. For me It would have to be dune. Have a good one!

Lawrence

Hey guys: I've got an interesting video content idea for you. The "Have You Seen Me" series. A series of videos about wrestlers who are not fired yet have disappeared from television. I was watching UpUpDwnDwn today and the name Montez Ford was said. I can't remember the last time he was mentioned. Then I realized I haven't seen Dawkins either. What happened to these guys? They're weren't fired, so where did they go? I can see Laurie or Pete picking a single missing name and going into depth on that person's career, what they did last, what could have happened, and why he/she is gone. WWE would clearly be the biggest culprit, but ROH and the other guys would be fair game here too. You could use the face on the back of a milkcarton for the thumbnail. So what do you think of my idea? thanks as always and Fight The Intangibles!!

Jack Strang

Hi Luke and Denise Hope you are both well, I've been busy recently and haven't posted in a while. Just wondering who are your top 3 favourite wrestlers who are currently active (Doesn't matter if they are booked poorly or not). Mine are Hangman Adam Page, Ricochet and Jon Moxley. Thanks for all the work you do to keep us informed and entertained. Everyone at Wrestletalk and your friends/guests have helped me alot over the last year through the difficulties I've had. Have a great day.

The Zornisse

Since they have upped the amount of money for ultrachats to be read out I restrain myself from that (being a 50 dollar patreon - you can't do it all :) ). Will it stay that 5 $ is the min amount? And what way to support benefits WT better: Ultrachatting or being a Patreon?

LiamVersionOne

Hello the Den and Uke connection! With the anniversary of the nWo forming; if you were to remake the nWo in NXT who would you put into the group?

that guy who want to support

Hello there team denuke and welcome to behind the paywall lovely Ms. Denise. You've been talking a lot about sitcoms on this wrestling podcast so I've been wondering did any of you ever watched my personal favourite "Scrubs" and if you did what your thoughts on it?. In case you haven't is there any scene in a movie or show that always makes you cry? For me it's the "it's not your fault" scene in "good Will Hunting" it just gets me on a very personal level. Have a great weekend everyone

TenguRey

Hope both of you are having a lovley day ! My question to the two of you is how long before WWE's creative issues starts to really negativitly affect the chances of signing talent ? I'm no fool and know they will find talent to sign but WWE offered Moose a good deal straight to the main roster yet he choose not to sign partly due to fears of how their creative is. With more options to wrestler at such as AEW, Impact , NJPW , etc it feels like WWE is going to be hit by that talent wise.

Mark Jones

Not a Mailbag question ... but where will this be available to watch from? I can't seem to find where it would be stored.

Harry Yazawa

So, Malakai Black (or Blacks if you go by Tommy's IG), how can AEW make it work without resorting to hocus pocus bullcrap that has been so hated by most internet fans? (Also, if I may, technical question: what mics are you guys using for podcasting?)

Scott Peaden

Mailbag: Do you guys feel that AEW signing ex-WWE guys is a good thing or a bad thing? I think it's great that they are getting chances to succeed eslewhere but I don't want AEW's roster to get too bloated like we've seen from WWE.

Abhi Gudimella

Hey Team DeNuke, For us in California (PST), this post comes out at 4am and since the show is recorded at 9am, it’s kinda tough to get the questions. Is it possible to post this a day ahead?

Andrew

Hey Team Denuke, not a question but I actually work at SiriusXM where the infamous Howard Stern resides. To answer your question, yes he is still a big radio personality. In fact, he has his own wing of SiriusXM. Not just anyone can enter his studio as employees for his show have their own special key access to get in. I’ve also seen Chris Jericho in the offices once, and I worked in the studio beside Sam Roberts during my internship in 2018. Also, NY is 100% the best city (minus Times Square) You can do so much that people don’t know about I would suggest using TikTok to look at events that are happening and all that you can do. P.S. If any of you do come to New York I do have a studio that I work at where you guys can record your podcast at, both video and audio you are always welcome 🙏🏾
