Hi team!

We're going to record the M@ilbag show today!

For those new to our Patreon (welcome!), the M@ilbag is different to After Dark in terms of questions asked as these are more wrestling focused - i.e. topics you haven't heard us talk about yet or things from the past, present and future you'd like opinions on.

But, we also can talk about any old thing you'd like to know about us in an Q&A type situation.

So, get in your mailbag questions below!

On this month's show, Luke is joined by Chopper Pete Quinnell!

What is the biggest wrestling moment that you've only seen once ? Mine is the Firefly FunHouse Match, I loved it but never rewatched it, maybe because it's the cursed WrestleMania

Marcus A Campbell

Who is your breakout wrestling of the year? My choice is Mike Bailey

wayne Garbutt

Why didn't you have a merch table at clash watch along? I have 2 regrets from that night, not having merch to remember the night. The other regret is not saying hi as I was too shy! Met 4 great people though and had a fantastic night

Adam Gallick

What's best for business... short term contracts that wrestlers can use to play promotions off each other for more money / move between promotions more often OR long term contracts where wrestlers can establish themselves as franchise players of a given promotion ?

LiamVersionOne

Hi lads, when I was a kid my absolute favourite wrestler was Stardust - I had the mask, the shirt, everything. Looking back, as hard as Cody was trying, the character was awful but I can’t help but hold it dear to my heart. What rubbish gimmick/gimmicks do you have a soft spot for?

ItzSmashley

With nxt global being trademarked, where do you think triple h will set up his next territory after nxt europe.

LJ Mickey

Rey Mysterio was my first wrestling hero. I always thought that he is underutilized. How would you rate his career so far? Is there something you would still liked to see him do?

Rob James

Hi all hope you are well, I love a bit of fantasy booking, even if my ideas are indeed quite dog plops. Have you ever had a match or angle in mind you just love because it's your own. Mine is I want a death match but only using baked goods to tie in with Great British Bake Off, I want someone powerbombed through french sticks! Love to you all

Kevin Simpson

Hope you are both well, If u could book any teams/factions to complete in the upcoming wargames matches who would you both pick? P.s loving the new season of the Monday night wars as the behind the scenes podcast for each episode, keep up the great work.

Thomas Manefield

If you could book your perfect wrestling card, what would it look like? (Assuming your Monday Night Wars aren’t exactly perfect)….

jdlznpack

Do you think with DX coming back for there 25th anniversary on the season premiere of raw, that they will be trying to put a new team over? If so what do you think that new team will be or should be?

Henrik

What is your favorite WCPW show and match/ moment?

ShaggydogINC

First time doing mailbag, What is your favourite match stipulations? If thats too hard to answer what's your 5 five match stipulations

Joseph Graham Jr

With the reports of CM Punks story changing (allegedly). When do you think all parties come back if they do. I think it would be. a shame to not make money in this. I know tensions are high, but with Punk out for an extended time there is time for cooler heads to prevail hopefully. Love the channel, and keep up the great work.

Kieran Page

What's your favourite underrated/underused finishers?

SnapGrapplePop

What’s a board game that you’d love to play on Board Game Club?

Callum Lucas

I remember when the AEW title lineage meant something and that TK mapped out his first few champions. Now things are so chaotic with it it’s difficult to say who will be the next 3. If you could choose, who would be the next 3 AEW champions?

Alex kirkman

Could Cody Rhodes be considered on the wrestling HOF? Especially after reinventing the indie scene & being integral in the start of AEW

Nacht Bogen

Fightful hasn't been able to confirm why so I have come to you lads for this. Can you verify why wwe hasn't fired velveteen dream yet? (A bit of a running fightful joke my apologies if it's out of place here)

jonathan Melhuish

Hi guys , who do you think was the most underrated tag team of the attitude era, and which was the most overrated

Liam Leonard

Hi guys hope you are well, we have heard so much positive things what triple H has done with wwe since his takeover 😏 but I was wonder what do you think has been the biggest negative so far?

Drjos

Pete scarlet or violet? Oh wait wrestling focused. Euhm Which belts should AEW get rid off

Cordell Huet

Hello Lads loving Monday night war, my question is this who would be an unexpected white rabbit pick would be if it wasn't the names reported?

Nick Smith

If AEW were making Ready to Rumble 2, who would you cast as the hero and villain?

Woffubett

Is there a way that WWE can stretch this Sami storyline to Mania and us getting WrestleZaynia?

Steve Suess

Do you all think there's a good chance the white rabbit ends up being alongside the SmackDown hacker, "who threw the pie!?," and other items on a WWE Unsolved Mysteries list?

Jerrod Hazelwood

I stopped watching WWE after the Saudi deal, and I thought maybe if HHH took over I'd give WWE another shot. But hearing about his contract tampering has made me sour on him. Then he counter programed against AEW during All Out weekend. Thought he'd be one to realize that having more options in wrestling is best for all. What other "Vince-ism" do you think we could potentially see out of HHH?

Matthew Moses

How come no one ever mentions the pipebomb/promo on the episode of Raw where Joey Styles quits WWE? It was 5 years before the Punk pipebomb and arguably better, especially considering the times and how relevant it still is today.

Josh Cordell

Hey guys! If Bray Wyatt ends up being the White Rabbit or even just returning in general, do you think we’ll ever see a re-make of the 3 Faces of Foley Royal Rumble entrances with the faces of Wyatt returning for one night throughout a Royal Rumble? If so, do you think it’s something that would work for fans now days or would it be disliked. Thanks for all the free content! Jam that Jam!

JustDonny

Hey lads who are your current most underrated talent in WWE and AEW? Mine would have to be Chad Gable and Ethan Page.

Shane Thompson

Shane O' Mac with a value pack here to ask the hard questions. So Ive never been a fan of the super kick/sweet chin music. What is your most hated finisher that got over with everyone else? Thanks stay Metal, Shane O'Mac
