Slacky, since I’m in America, could you go to Ingle Boxing Gym and ask about franchising “The Lines” Or at least visit the gym, surreptitiously take photos and dimensions of the various crop circles on the floor, and then report back on how to use them? I’ve tried calling but it’s always 3 in the morning there when I think about it. What else are you gonna do? Another Sean Strickland video?

To Harvey who wants to get rid of nerves while fighting: It really helps if you had an awful, traumatic childhood. Beating someone's life out of them will come naturally after that. Course, you might completely fuck up your not-fighting life that way.

Does anyone know what the wall wrestling instructional by Pat sabatinis coach is called?

CrossButtockConnoisseur

I think it's this one: “MMA Unchained Cage Wall Series By Erik Purcell” Haven't watched it yet to be certain.

Rian

Thanks for that 🙏

Re: the open-stance question, I wanted to shout out my favorite open-stance match to watch, Samkor vs Kobayashi. Kobayashi was a combination puncher with a good right hand, and Samkor had one of the heaviest left round kicks in the land. Samkor just blasted Kobayashi’s power arm off of his body with the left kick. It trapped the power hand, but eventually Koba couldn’t lift it up to defend himself either. The other trick is that it keeps the opponent turning and resetting. Have someone push into your lead side, which lets you lean back on your rear leg; but then try having them push into your rear side from an angle — you will have to turn or fall over. Now imagine that that push is a kick hard enough to break your arm even if you block it.
