Slacky, ONE cards are a pain to watch. Fight Nights are on in the middle of the night on sky, but you can get them on youtube via VPN if it's set to one of a few countries. I use Bosnia. With that said, there's not much on those shows to look out for anymore. Inner Circle and Samurai are where they stack the good stuff.

Next week's DWCS actually has two interesting fighters who were former kickboxers on - Ilias Bulaid (beat Petchtanong and Hideaki Yamazaki) and Smilla Sundell (who was ONE's former Strawweight (FLW) Muay Thai champ. It's more that the sport pays crap, so fighters rarely have time train in a cage, and as such cage craft is difficult for them to practice.
