just wanted to pop in and point out that the Armen Petrosyan who fought last night is not the brother of Giorgio Petrosyan despite sharing his first and last name. Armen and its variations are just extremely common Armenian names and have commonplace in the Irano-southern Caucasian region (lm a Persian Armenian; look at my first and last name). Same w/the -ian or -yan ending (Arman Tsarukyan). Usually all Armenian or sometimes Persian of Armenian cultural or ancestral relation (tend to see more -ian endings here, like my name or Barzan Saeidian). Giorgios brother is a 154lb fighter w/a tattoo on the ribcage; last night's man fought at 205.
