I disagree that max HAD to take Yair down. He was still winning the stand up vs Yair, tho it was very close, but it was just easier to take Yair down. He would've still won striking all 5 rounds

So, ABC is one of the major free tv networks in the States. So it's similar to the old UFC on Fox events. It is also owned by Disney so I'm guessing this was part of the ESPN deal that we all forget about until it happens.

Hey jack relatively new to the Patreon so I’m not sure if this is the appropriate place for questions for the podcast so if not sorry in advance. My question is what are some good ways to go about teaching shorter stockier strikers how to effectively strike, I’ve been teaching a striking class on the side at my gym and I’m a taller longer fighter so I have an easy time teaching guys with similar builds to myself but have been struggling to teach the shorter guys how to effectively cover enough distance and whether they should be in and out or just stay in the pocket thank you in advance.

That's not remotely true @div, why make stuff up? One judge had it 2-0 max and two judges had it 1-1.

You should send an email if you want to ask a question, it'll be at the end of most episodes. However Jack's Advanced Striking 2.0 on Canelo has some great stuff on fighting taller opponents, although it is rather unorthodox so maybe not the best for teaching beginners(?)
