Chito being low volume is a myth, he's just low volume early, and even then not always like landing 30+ sig strikes r1 vs Grant despite Grant landing 40+.. He's only getting outstruck cuz hes fighting very high paced guys like Davey, Edgar, Font, Yadong who will always throw a lot of offense. He's not low volume, he's just slightly above average, but the avg has been going up with some fights going above the curve (font) and some below (cruz) based on how availabile they are to hit. That being said, yeah Cory will throw as much volume as font and moves better and had a great chin, he prolly wins. Chito has also bden working on not staying on his back he says, has said for a year or two now, and it's shown in recent fights.

The issue is more him tracking guys down Cruz and Edgar had movement that troubled him, he's a plodder somewhat. But they couldn't do much damage cuz Chito's defense has got rly good and he got the reads and was gonna win the Edgar decision if not for the KO, Cruz idk. And theyre old men, Cory isn't and has that movement. Chito is better than people think imo, but not as good as he could be.
