Art Update 10-07 / Cabins & Cars (Patreon)

Hey dear friends,

it's October, it's Friday, and it's time to give you an update on what I'm doing all day. 😉

Curious Cabins

I can finally give you an exclusive peek at a brand new artwork inside the Art Update: Curious Cabin No. 31: "Tortilla". This will be one of three Cabins that collectors can get in exchange for 10 Cabins Keys. 

The developers over at Manifold are also confident to be able to launch the burn & reward page next week, so there's hopefully nothing in the way of dropping the new Cabins very soon! I'm excited! ⚡

Albert Chang's "everywhere and nowhere"

I again had the pleasure of making an animated Youtube-background for Albert Chang's new song, and it's out now! Watch and listen to it here! 

Need for Speed

I hate when I can't show you WIPs of ongoing commissions. In this case it's something quite cool though, so I thought I'd share the news with you that there will be a new Need for Speed game coming up - and I'm currently working on an artwork for their online campaign. The new trailer was just released yesterday and I definitely like the unusual graphic style the game will have! My artwork will be released next week already, so stay tuned 🚗🔥

September Art Critique

Once again, I had the pleasure to give Siriuscrocodile and Dan Reus an art critique - here's the video! The October critique is open now and I will record the next video around late October/early November. Join in and get some feedback on your work!

Changes on Patreon

To close this week's Update, I'd like to inform you about a change in the Patreon billing system. From now on, new Patrons can optionally not be charged after the calender month, but at the day they join. I very much support this new feature and directly set it up for my Patreon.

For current Patrons, nothing changes. But if you're deciding to join new, you now don't have to wait until a new month to avoid being charged twice. It's much fairer this way.
