Omar Cordova

This episode introduced the term "kunoichi" which is just the term for a female ninja/shinobi. They'll keep using it throughout the show so I just wanted to highlight it and let you know to remember it.

I honestly didn't give the Sakura and Ino stuff here the credit it deserved back in the day, the writing isn't as bad as I used to think, not top tier but definitely not terrible (anime pacing isn't the best tho lol)

Omar Cordova

Literally my thoughts. The pacing was rough in the episode, but writing itself was pretty decent. Better than I remember

Tobi.SG

it doesn't help that I'm watching some Shippuden reactions too, you could make an argument for the pacing there too but it's so much better than here, still ultimately it's worth it for me

Sussy Bottom Boys

And people say One Piece has pacing problems. I forgot just how SLOW this show was.
