Wallpapers // Graveyard Music Video Stills (Patreon)

every once in a while you get commissioned for a job that is just Exactly Your Vibe... like literally The One You've Been Waiting For.... shooting the bts stills for this video was that job for me :') photographing two goddesses in a colorful babydoll fantasy world - my dream!

the best part about shooting bts stills on a music video set is that it's not your set... teams of people have worked VERY hard for very long to put it all together and light it and you get to just arrive on shoot day, snap some stills and be on your way? ok, dream! but also... the worst part about shooting bts stills on a music video set is that it's not your set... as the stills photographer you are the lowest on the priority totem pole and you must know your place, stay out of everyone's way, and shoot from a distance. every once in a while as the crew was changing lenses on the video camera or replenishing film, i would ask permission and jump in for 1 or 2 minutes of photos. for the most part i shot these photos from a distance with a 70-200mm lens.

i love that challenge SOOOO much though. i'm small and i'm quiet and i kinda love being a fly on the wall and catching magical moments in silence. it's really rewarding to me when the photos are delivered and the client's response is "i didn't even know you were there" / "this looks like a movie poster!" :)

anywho here are some wallpapers from that dream of a shoot! i LOVVVE the way faceless and out-of-focus portraits work as wallpapers. lmk what you think!

as always, pls remember that all my patreon posts are intended as a thank you for your support and you may only download my images for personal wallpaper use <3
