35mm Outtakes // Virtual Self Premiere (Patreon)

i was going through my old drives to prepare some wallpapers (VS wallpapers coming soonly!) and i stumbled upon these and Had to share them immediately.

these are photos of the virtual self debut at a warehouse in brooklyn on december 8th 2017 all shot on a disposable camera.

i know for SURE that when i first got the roll of disposables developed i thought these were all trash... but now looking back at them 3 years later i think they're so incredible! WHAT. it's exactly the aesthetic i go for when i'm editing virtual self photos except it's just.... already naturally there. 

i think i didn't like them back then because maybe it was... too easy? like i didn't have to work at all to make them look a certain way, they were already there? maybe it was my pride but also maybeeeeee it was my imposter syndrome O_O
