General Update (Patreon)

Hey folks, wanted to give everyone an update!

The good news is: I have seemingly made my freelance sales quota for October - when I get paid, that is...

The annoying news is: I still gotta schedule my appointment with a physical therapist, and begin that whole process.

The satisfying news is: I've made pretty damn good progress at cleaning the entire house. All that's left now is:

• The two water closets.

• The bedroom closet.

• The upstairs.

• The crawl space.

The Worker Ant in me has done the math and I'm not gonna get any real work done while the nest is untidy.

This isn't just a tidying process though. This is A Deep Clean™ (the kind of cleaning that requires a rake and blow torches) coupled with Redecorating™.

Part of that process has been setting up Alex with a Home Office™ but another part is tapping into the roots of my Grandma: Phyllis Van Auken Lybeck.

Phyllis was one hell of a woman, an antiques dealer, and quite possibly a witch of sorts. Thus I have cackled and clawed my way into slowly filling my house with affordable antiques.

To my shock and amazement I have had the good fortune of being gifted an antique standup piano. It's a gorgeous piece and with luck the house will be filled with its songs - whether that's Alex practicing or in the far future when the Demon Spawn cometh.

...or me trying to noodle my way around...I dunno wat. 

Anyway - all this to say more fun ACTUAL ART UPDATES are coming! ^_^
