3. There is a street I like to bike down ends with a "gated community" with the freshest damn asphalt a 10 mile radius of my house however there is NO TRESSPASSING...

4. ...so it is important to activate Stealth Mode before committing the 60 second "crime" of rolling through to get to another street.

So yeah. I actually say "Stealth mode activated" then I turn the radio off and do my thang, turning it on again once I've cleared the Hoity Toity's.
