Friday, June 26th.

I wake up groggy and a bit cranky, so I go upstairs to be by myself. Drinking coffee while gazing out a window is one of my favorite things. I've arranged a room in our apartment for this express purpose.

Usually when I want to be alone I close the door behind me so our cats can't follow. It's challenging to impossible to enjoy peace and quiet with them around. Everything is too noisy when I'm in a mood. But I let them up this time anyway.

I sit in my chair, my legs propped up, coffee in hand. I'm about to enjoy my little setup when Coffee begins to claw the back of my seat.

Jerking to stop her, to swat at her perhaps, I wrench my right trapezius.
In the process I dip my hair into my coffee, and spill a good deal more.

Saturday, June 27th.

This is the day I have scheduled with Alex to

1) undo, redo, and move a fishtank
2) rearrange the furniture

I become fixated and we do this all day with little to no breaks. Normally I'm good about that but I'm just on fire this day. At no point did I feel tired or willing to stop. Truthfully I don't feel too much discomfort until.

Sunday, June 28th

I wake up and it's hard to breath. I can't turn my head without stabbing pain that sends feelers up and down my back and shoulders. If you've hurt your back before you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Still recovering. Feeling better most definitely but not all the way there just yet.

Thanks for the comments

Oh gods, I've done things like that. And I swear I'm slow to feel pain or something because I don't realize that I should NOT have done all the things until I have already done all the things. I hope you recover quickly, ooog!

Everything is always the cat's fault. :-p Feel better soon!

I'm getting there, thank you! Just a slow process.

I'm on day three of intentionally recovery. Each day is a little better but it's so annoying being unable to move certain ways or help with tasks/chores. Thank you for the well wishing, truly! <3
