I've been researching professional wrestling for over a year now. What it's all building up to I'm still not completely sure, except that I see it as the perfect setting to unpack toxic masculinity AND mental illness. I'm in love with the idea of talking about Depression like it was a wrestling match.

Some months ago I began to lose my spark. I started listening to my inner doubts and fears. That this was a "stupid idea." In fact, I had forgotten my own design notes:
