I've gotten to the point where I describe turning off my phone and leaving it off as a reward. Yesterday was one of those days, and so is today.

Almost immediately I started enjoying making art again.

Only semi related - I play World of Warcraft, or I should say was playing WoW, because my computer is now too old to play. And suddenly, I have a LOT of time on my hands, and I am finding the same joy of being creative. And also cleaning. I should turn off my phone as well. Hehe.

It's a near immediate relief. Being unplugged is a blessing. The phone is nevertheless a constant temptation. I strangely don't have the guts to delete certain apps.

As soon as I wrote this, my WoW app informed me the game was playable. After a week of not being able, they must have made changes to allow older computers to play. Lol. 🤦🏻‍♂️
