Over

Achieving the desired crowd reaction, with the audience buying into a performer or gimmick who are over will be cheered, and heels who are over will be booed. Building a rapport with the audience is described  as "getting over".

Artist's note: Jacked up fists here, but it feels good getting back into the fray. Right away I'm remembering the merits of pencil and eraser.
