Aaaah, yes, that all makes sense. I'm glad you stopped (not because I didn't like them) and decided to only do them when you're able to do them healthily (I hope that makes sense)! I've worked on that as well. I draw, I sing, I create, but not for a living, just for me. Anyway, sorry, if this doesn't make sense it's because I am also stressfully sleepless, heh.

You're a GEM! Honestly, I'm becoming aware/mindful enough that every time I think "...I should do this every day" it's probably not in my best interest. That's the message though, isn't you? You gotta do _ _ _ everyday and really you should _ _ _ every day and make sure to _ _ _ every morning while you're at it! Pooey! If I can manage it OK but none of us has to do anything we don't want to. Easy to forget though since we're all trained to ignore our own boundaries. No need for sorries! <3 Rest well my friend!
