Well it finally happened. I got my first Covid vaccination and WOW is my arm stiff. Wanted to get more things done today (like yoga) but that 'aint gonna happen so enjoy some photos! <3

Thank you! My arm was so sore this morning I could hardly move it but it's died down quite a bit since then. I think the worst is over.
