Surgery Scheduled (Patreon)

On the advice of a good friend I've reached out to get a second opinion, but I'm beginning to suspect I'll have to call if I want an actual response (I sent an email).

I was told I'd be called Monday about scheduling my Varicocelectomy. Nope. I poked them on Tuesday with a call of my own, and finally heard from them today around 4pm.

August 5th is when I'll undergo the (routine) procedure, and in the interim I've asked about different pain meds because Ibuprofen 'aint doing nothin'.

My understanding is I'll need this time to recuperate.

...I am so tired, y'all.  I've got this nagging dread that I'm going to be hurting for the entirety of Summer 2021.
