As some of you may know the month of April 2016 was eaten by my thumb.

On April 4th I managed to absolutely shred the thumb of my drawing hand while attempting to open a can of soup. It was grizzly - not your average can accident - such that I needed seven stitches and am subsequently still healing.

I wasn't physically capable of drawing again until April 23rd (when I drew that alien up there!)  Needless to say it was a Hellish experience.

Problem is now that I can draw I am A SOLID MONTH behind on submitting comics to Sweaty Palms and Every Day Feminism - I am ALSO working on getting married in September. Oh and I have a day job. Oh and there's laundrygroceriesdishescookingcleaningbills...

...Not going to lie I'm struggling with stress right now.

Not the "I need a 2nd cup of coffee" stress. More like I wake up already wincing as I brace myself for the next onslaught of shit that I have absolutely no time to deal with.

That said?

I love a challenge and I'm unstoppable.
