In Pro Wrestling "enforcers" are often retired Veterans that work for the office.  They're used—as you'd expect—to enforce the rules.  For example if a match has certain stipulations such as "loser leaves town," enforcers can be used to legitimize the presentation.  That doesn't mean enforcers follow the rules.  Heel Enforcers may also thwart or tamper with match proceedings.  Unlike managers, however, they aren't tied to a particular Wrestler so they more commonly act as wild cards.

Behind the scenes enforcers can indeed carry out office orders, lead locker rooms, and help Wrestlers with technique/psychology.  It depends on the person and the promotion.

ATW needed an enforcer for some time.

Direct sketch-to-digital drawing.  Not exactly what you'd call a dynamic pose—but the thing is—I've had "NO" in the back of my mind for well over a year.

Not "The OG" but "The No G" as in "No Gender."  They/Them pronouns.  Were they not Nonbinary then "Den Mother" or "Mama Bear" would very accurately describe their role at ATW.  Total sweetheart.  Basically everyone loves NO G.  If you were to dislike them (in any way) you'd be considered out of your mind.

One of the many ATW Wrestlers that have no use for a Championship Belt.

...because how would you get it OFF them?

When NO G enters the ring the crowd goes nuts every time because they're about to shut it down.  They can move like you would not believe.
