This cartoon is about enduring a nasty Poison Ivy rash since Oct 25th.  Rather than illustrate suffering, I'm depicting myself relaxed in a position of power.

It difficult because I view bodies as bodies and not inherently sexual, but I know so much of society does not view them that way. I love this picture and love that it's naked because it makes sense to the art, but I totally get why you'd be wary of being erotic. Society would be so much better without all the people in it :D

I think that's my problem—society—because there's nothing wrong with the erotic, it's a theme repeated everywhere from "fine art" to "children's cartoons." Rumiko Takahashi became a big influence in that regard. I'm twisting in the wind because at the end of the day I don't want to be policed.
