The title of this episode refers to the town of Abiquiú, New Mexico where Georgia O'Keeffe (the painter) lived for 39 years.

Hey Evie, I really liked seeing Jesse and Jane together again. He really loved her and seemed really happy. Did you notice the color he was wearing in the flashback? Aaron Paul is such a cutie in his beanie. I think it was so interesting to show that flashback with her putting out her cigarette and you remembered that he was looking at the cigarette butt in his ashtray last episode. I look forward to getting into S4 with you.

Looks like Skyler is on board, at least for now.

I love how Jesse calling Jane's voicemail numerous times after her death is like a simile for Georgia O'Keeffe painting the door 20 times. When Jesse is trying to sell Andrea on his meth he repeats what Jane told him about "making that feeling last" doing something more than one time and it's significance- but Jesse twists it for his malicious motive.

The toys at Gustavo's were props. He does not have children. Vince Gilligan shot a scene when Walt comes to dinner, where Gus reveals to Walt, that he is homosexual, and is attracted to Walt! They decided not to go with that storyline!
