Obviously, Don Eladio changed his mind about working with Gus, when he realized how much money Gus could bring in. Hector is pissed that Gus is being favored more by Don Eladio. Gus is pissed at Hector for killing Maximus. This is about 12 years after that happened. Don Eladio is smart. He knows Gus is trouble, but the Salamancas are trouble also. By forcing them to work together, Don Eladio, knows there is no way those 2 would unite to overthrow him.

Jimmy's apology to Chuck contained a dig at Chuck that the court appointed mediator missed, otherwise she would not have accepted Jimmy's. Jimmy said "No brother should treat his brother that way!" Meaning that Chuck should not have derailed Jimmy's law career. Now Jimmy is going to have to do something other than being a lawyer for 12 months. Knowing Jimmy, we expect him to find some way to turn the next 12 months to his advantage.

I am so glad the writers on this series are the same ones they used for Breaking Bad. Sometimes my wife and I could see what was coming next, but other times, we were surprised, and said "Wow! Never saw that coming!"
