Yes the show is great about making you feel so many emotions towards these characters. One episode you'll be loving Chris because he's says the funniest shit, but then the next episode you're disgusted by something does, or he is making you cry because you know his pain and struggles are real. The writers and actors do a great job making it feel true to the characters.
